MOONSHOTMOUNTAIN MASTERMIND

Bring the idea you can't stop thinking about.

Leave three weeks later with it mapped, filmed, and in front of the right people.

  • 3 weeks
  • a mountain house
  • 9 builders
  • January 2027
  • $15,000–$20,000

The reason for coming

Taking every open tab in your head and turning it into one clear moonshot.

You might already be building a business or doing serious creative work. Bring the direction you want to explore or the idea you want to move toward. You don’t need a finished moonshot to arrive.

Moonshot Mapping with Devon makes your ideas, responsibilities, constraints and roadblocks visible. We help you find the connections, clarify your direction and identify your next step, including what’s preventing you from taking it. From there, we help you shape a Specific Ask.

From overwhelm and pressure toward clarity and precision.

Helping business builders get more refined in their art.

Leave with your Moonshot Map, Identity Document, a three-minute film and at least six finished shorts. We help you get clear on who to reach and how to approach them. You take the action.

WTF is Moonshot Mapping? Devon on the first step of your three weeks. 9 min.

First, the clarity.

01Individualized / 2.5 hours

The Moonshot Map

Turn the open tabs in your mind into one visual map.

Your own 2.5-hour session with Devon. Make the pieces visible, choose your next step, and shape the ask that could help you take it.

A 2.5-hour immersive experience designed to bring your inner landscape into sharp, external clarity.

This is where we:

  • Untangle your vision.
  • Make decisions.
  • Find your signal in the noise.

Together, we work toward:

  • A clear articulation of your next chapter.
  • A map of where you’re stuck—and what may be underneath it.
  • A clearer structure for your life or business, rooted in what’s true for you.
  • Simplified offerings, creative direction or leadership strategy, shaped around your moonshot.
  • Space to see the whole picture.

The intention: lighter. Clearer. Unburdened.
And deeply reconnected to what’s real.

02Name the help that moves it forward

Your Specific Ask

A question that connects your next step with a way someone can help.

  • Name what you’re creating, what needs to happen next and the help that would move it forward.
  • Use it in your video, in a message, or to start a conversation.

Deep powder, deep focus

Workshops that move the needle

03Workshops / Identity and strategy

Your Core Identity

Connect the vision you’re building with the way you show up every day.

Your beliefs, values and patterns, made visible. Your Identity Document connects what you want to create with what you need to practice.

  • Look at the beliefs, values and patterns shaping who you are now.
  • Explore what your vision asks you to practice: how you make decisions, take action and relate to people.
  • Your individual Identity Document gives you a written reference to return to.

04Daily deep work / Individual moonshots

Your Hot Seat + Workbook

Focused attention on your idea, with daily time to put it to work.

Your workbook holds the questions, decisions and next steps. Daily deep work gives you time to act on them.

  • Your workbook helps you clarify your own moonshot while other people work through theirs.
  • Track where you started, what you tried, what you made, and what comes next.
  • Manifestation isn’t about sitting around and believing in what you can build, it is the daily action that does that. We’ve curated the space for that daily action on your moonshot.

Something you can share

05Cinema-grade cameras / Camera operators / Editors

Your Social Content Library

Record your ideas while they’re alive. Leave with at least six finished shorts, ready to share.

A content lounge for the moments worth capturing. Learn how to post and reuse what you create.

  • A content lounge, cinema-grade cameras, camera operators and editors support your recording.
  • Your shorts capture your ideas, stories and conversations, ready for social media.
  • Learn our process for turning one piece of content into five, with a plan for posting and reusing it over 90 days.

06Your moonshot. In a video.

Your Moonshot Film

A finished video that tells your story and invites people into it.

We help you shape the story, film it and edit it into a complete three-minute film. You leave with it finished and ready to share.

What you’re building. Why it matters. How someone can be part of it.

  • Shape what you’re creating, why it matters and how someone can be part of it.
  • Our camera team and editors help you build it, from shaping the story to recording and editing.
  • Your take-home film is separate from the 90-second film introducing this Mastermind.

You bring the idea, experience and voice. You stay involved in shaping what you want to say.

We make room for the magic of the first take when inspiration strikes.

Strap in. Step in and record while the thought is alive.

  • We’re bringing a team of camera people to capture your ideas when inspiration strikes.
  • Our editors will make sure you leave with the assets you need, ready to use.

This page is our invitation in progress. Our experience film is still to come.

Films by Cody Packer

You’ll walk away with something like this.

Cody Packer directs the films in the house. Here is his work: an experience trailer and a testimonial film.

Experience trailer. A host on why she created her three-day experience, with the candid moments from inside it.
Testimonial film. Casey’s story, in her own words.

Bringing the right people into the conversation

07People connected to your moonshot

Your Dream 100

A focused list of one hundred people you would love to start a conversation with.

We help you get clear on who the right people are and how to connect with them. You take the action, with clarity and motion in the right direction.

  • Choose people whose work, interests or resources connect to your mission.
  • Use the list to focus your research, your Specific Ask and your next conversations.

08Help preparing your asks

Your Outreach Agent

Research the person. Prepare a thoughtful ask. Review it before you send.

Research and drafting support. Listening and useful questions come first.

  • Research relevant people and prepare outreach you can review, refine and choose to send.
  • Practice active listening and open questions. Get to know the person before making your ask.
  • Keep the context of each conversation in your follow-through system.

09People, context and possibilities

The Relationship Rolodex

Access to the relationship resource we’ve been building for years, with room for the connections you bring.

People we know. What they’re working on. Where your interests meet.

  • Individual cards bring together the missions, strengths and context of miracle-oriented people we know.
  • Use the idea of six degrees of separation to explore who knows whom and where shared interests meet.
  • Cross-pollinate relationships across the group. Get permission for any introduction.

Introductions depend on mutual interest and permission. Replies, investment and deals are never promised.

Keep the conversation moving

10Research / Asks / Follow-through

Miracle Creation Machine

Your process for outreach and follow-through, built around your moonshot and Specific Ask.

Research. Reviewed outreach. Conversations. Follow-through.

  • Bring your direction, research and outreach into one process: find relevant people, shape your asks and start conversations.
  • Keep each person, conversation and next step in view. Follow through on what you agreed.

You decide who to approach and what gets sent.

We curate deeply meaningful, powerful experiences that connect you to the heart of your being—so you carry that energy into the world.

The whole environment matters

Your inner system matters.

Grind mode is good when it’s balanced. Deep work, movement, breathwork and real rest all have a place here. The rhythm of the house supports the person bringing the moonshot to life.

Three weeks

A rhythm that
supports the work.

January 2027. Three weeks, lodging and food included. Exact dates, mountain, house and sleeping arrangements to be announced. Mountain pass extra.

How the three weeks unfold

Get clear. Build and record. Start the conversations. This is a proposed rhythm, with room for each part to overlap.

  1. Week 1

    Clarify and choose

Map your vision, identity and constraints. Choose the next step and shape your ask.

  2. Week 2

    Build and record

Deep work, workshops and content. Develop your story and start putting it into action.

  3. Week 3

    Share and continue

Prepare approaches, begin conversations and plan how you’ll keep going.

An example day

A flexible rhythm, not a fixed itinerary.

  1. Making space

Yoga and breathwork. Space to arrive and clear your head.

  2. Getting into it

Focused building, workshops and recording. Put your moonshot into motion.

  3. Coming back to yourself

Chef-supported meals, rest and real conversation. Recover and reconnect.

  4. Powder & perspective

Ski, snowboard and spend time in nature. Come back with breathing room.

Phone-free spaces are part of the plan.

House culture.

No alcohol in the house. No sex or hookups in the house. A focused, respectful space where women and men can feel comfortable and free to focus. The house is for the work.

A way to keep it going

11Keep making the next move

Your 100-Day Action Plan

Turn the next move into a daily practice. Keep using your map and Identity Document for the next hundred days.

A self-directed plan for the next hundred days.

  • Turn your direction into small, attainable daily actions.
  • Use your Moonshot Map and Identity Document to practice new choices and return to the work.

12The conversation continues

Your 30-Day Follow-Up

Time together after the mountain to keep integrating what you started.

A weekly group call with Cole and Devon for 30 days after the experience, with individual support when needed.

  • Reconnect to share progress, questions and what is taking shape.
  • Keep talking about what you’re building and who you’re becoming.
  • Cole and Devon facilitate the group calls and offer individual support when needed.

100 days of your own practice. 30 days of facilitated follow-up.

Frequently asked questions.

Do I need a fully formed moonshot to apply?

No. Bring a direction you want to explore or an idea you want to move forward. Mapping with Devon helps you see the pieces, choose your next step and shape a Specific Ask.

What will I actually work on and leave with?

Your own moonshot. You leave with your Moonshot Map, Specific Ask, Identity Document and workbook, plus a three-minute film and at least six finished shorts, ready to use.

You’ll also have tools for outreach and follow-through, a self-directed 100-Day Action Plan and 30 days of weekly group calls with Cole and Devon, with individual support when needed.

What does it cost, and what is included?

$15,000–$20,000 for three weeks, including lodging, food and the core support described here. Travel, your mountain pass and personal extras are additional.

The deposit is 50%, with the balance due seven days before the start. Your deposit is refundable if you cancel more than seven days before the start; within seven days, it is non-refundable.

Where and when is the three-week experience?

January 2027. Exact dates, mountain or region, house and sleeping arrangements are still to be confirmed. We’ll share those details before you commit. The three-week overview shows overlapping emphases, with room for the work to unfold.

What are the house boundaries?

No alcohol in the house. No sex or hookups in the house. We’re creating a focused, respectful space where women and men can feel comfortable. Identity reflection and shadow work are part of the experience; you choose what you share.

How does the application work?

A video is required, with no maximum length. Cole and Devon review every application. You’ll hear back within 24 hours, whether or not you’re a fit. The fit call is 30 minutes with both of us.

Applying does not reserve a place.

What do I do, and what does the team do?

You bring the idea, make decisions and do the work. Devon supports your Map and Specific Ask; Cole guides identity and shadow work; the camera team helps you shape, film and edit your story.

We help you identify the right people and prepare to connect. You handle the outreach and follow-through.

Can I keep running my business while I’m there?

Make room for three weeks of focused participation, plus travel. Arrange cover for responsibilities that would keep pulling you away from your project and the group. If you cannot give it that space right now, bring that into the fit conversation.

Three weeks. Your moonshot.

Up to
9 people.

A required video. A reply within 24 hours. A 30-minute fit call with Cole and Devon.
